ABOUT USJohnston Waddell was formed in 2009 with the goal of advising clients on the sale and acquisition of commercial property investments, predominantly in Scotland.
Since inception, we have advised numerous clients ranging from Institutional Property Funds, to large and small property companies and private investors. We have developed a detailed understanding and knowledge of the commercial property market in Scotland and as a result offer not only acquisition and disposal advice, but also provide ongoing asset management advice to clients. We have curated an extensive database of investors which provides us with an unrivalled resource on which to access the market.
In 2013 Johnston Waddell became part of the Singer Vielle network, giving us access to an international database of investors and Singer Vielle's unique online marketing platform. Being part of the Singer Vielle International Network, has allowed us to grow and develop our sales platform both within Scotland and around the world.

He has acted for a variety of clients over the years including Pension Funds, Property Companies and High Net worth individuals, with considerable experience in the sale and purchase of commercial investments.
CONSULTANTDouglas Wilson
Douglas is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience in the Scottish property market. Having worked for many years at a senior level with JLL, undertaken a substantial joint venture with institutional investors and run a small property company he has an unrivalled insight into the UK commercial property market. In his current role as a consultant with Johnston Waddell, he is assisting in the growth of their on-line sales platform in Scotland.
